New residential quarter is located near the the river Sesupe. The complex of residential houses consists of an apartment building, 3 rows of blocked cottages and a rest house with a sauna which was designed right next to the river. The apartment building was designed in the farthest site, overlooking Sesupe river. It helps create an inner yards leading to the river side.
